This is the number you want customers to call and where you want to be notified when a new lead comes in.

Best email for business updates and website notifications.

Only needed if we need it for business verification or messaging registration.

Website Content

The story and details we'll put on your website.

Write 3–5 simple sentences about your business, how you got started, who you help, and why customers should trust you.

List your main city and the areas you serve. Do not add more than 14 areas.

List at least 4 services. Be as specific as possible.

Give us a few things we can show off on your website.

Leave blank if you do not want your address shown on the website.

Social Proof + Online Profiles

Links to anywhere you already show up online.

Paste your Google Business Profile link if you have one. This helps with reviews and trust.

Section 4

Offers, Reviews, and Follow-Up

How we'll help you win repeat business and gather reviews.

These can be used for returning customers, past customers, friends of customers, or special follow-up campaigns.

Add the best phone number or email for new quote requests.

Section 5

Logo, Photos, and Customer List

Upload what you have. If anything is tricky, just email it to us.

Upload your logo if you have one.

Upload your past customer list if you want us to help with follow-up, re-marketing, or review requests. Leave blank if you do not have one.

Photos

Please send 25–60 of your best business photos to support@reachmatics.com. Include photos of your work, team, trucks, before/after photos, and a nice picture of yourself or your team if possible. Customers like seeing who they are working with.

Give Us Access To Your Google Business Profile

Give Reachmatics manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can help with your reviews, business info, and local trust signals.

Instructions:

  1. Go to business.google.com
  2. Make sure you're logged into the correct Google account — the one that owns your Google Business Profile.
  3. Open your Business Profile.
  4. Click More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Enter this email address: alamir@reachmatics.com
  7. Under Access, select Manager.
  8. Click Invite.

If you have trouble doing this, let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Send Us Your Best Photos

Please send us at least 25 photos. The more good photos you send, the better your website will look.
